CCBT Team Positions

BTs and RBTs

Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) work directly with clients (under the supervision of a BCBA implementing a program designed by a supervising BCBA.

BCaBAs and BCBAs

Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs) and Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) have obtained college degrees in the field of ABA therapy. BCaBAs and BCBAs evaluate clients and their needs and design programs to reach desired goals. BCBAs also supervise RBTs and BTs to assure that those programs are being implemented properly and effectively.

Support Staff

CCBT Support Staff can include office staff and/or technical staff. These staff members are not involved in direct client care, but are vital to keep CCBT running smoothly and effectively.

Behavior Technician (BT)

*Independent Contract Position*

The BT (Behavior Technician) Position is an entry-level position that is perfect for those who desire to build a career working with children and young adults with special needs. BTs will train and work toward earning their certification to become an RBT (Registered Behavior Technician), and their career can only grow from there!

 

Job Description:

Collaborative Care Behavioral Therapy (CCBT) is seeking to recruit BTs on a contract basis who have the ability to earn their RBT certification through the BACB. BTs work directly with clients aged 2-22 years in their homes, schools, or communities.  They implement programs written by the supervising BCBA and collect data on the client's performance and behavior. These programs are designed to help our clients decrease problem behaviors that impeded everyday living and replace them with desired behaviors that will help them reach their full potential. BTs report to supervising BCBAs who assure that the programs are being implemented correctly and effectively.

 

​This position's starting wage is $13/hour. Pay will increase to $15/hour when RBT certification is earned.

Part-time hours available until RBT certification is earned, after which full-time hours will be available.

Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Excellent communication skills

  • College Degree in Psychology, Social Sciences, Education, or related field

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

RBTs are such an important part of the CCBT team and have the ability to make a huge impact in the lives of our clients. RBTs work directly with clients in their homes, schools, or communities. They report to supervising BCBAs who assure that the programs are being implemented correctly and effectively.

  • High School Diploma or GED (Associates Degree preferred, but not required)

  • Current certification with the BACB as an RBT

  • At least 1 year experience working with special needs children and/or adolescents

Join the CCBT team and put your degree to work in the lives of our clients and their families! As a BCBA, you will have an important role to play by conducting evaluations, writing treatment plans, and supervising their implementation.

 

Job Description:

CCBT is seeking to recruit BCBAs on a contract basis who are currently certified by the BACB and have passion and enthusiasm for the field of ABA therapy and the clients that it serves. BCBAs work directly with clients in their homes, schools, or communities to create and implement treatment plans based on their individual needs. They supervise BTs and RBTs and collaborate with other BCBAs to ensure that the treatment plans are being carried out correctly and efficiently.

  • Current certification with the BACB as a BCBA

  • At least 1 year experience working with special needs children and/or adolescents

  • Outgoing, friendly, and engaging personality

  • A desire and willingness to learn
