Ayana Rowe

RBT

Ayana is currently enrolled at OSU Lima working toward her bachelor’s degree in Psychology. She took a Psychology course in high school and fell in love with the subject. This inspired a fascination with the human psyche and a desire to further her studies in this topic. She grew up with a loved one who was diagnosed with Asperger's, and so she can empathize with the families of individuals who are affected by autism. She is excited to bring this experience to CCBT and our clients! Her future aspirations include furthering her studies in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis by earning her board certification as a BCBA and earning a PhD. She would like to continue her work with the autism community and teach others to do the same in a university setting. In her free time, Ayana likes to settle down to a relaxing television show with her friends and family.

Katy is currently an Elementary Education (K-5) major at Wright State University Lake Campus, and she also works part-time as a Certified Pharmacy Technician at Walmart in Wapakoneta. Katy also is a licensed Advanced Esthetician, and has taken several life paths before she discovered the one she feels is her true calling-- working with and teaching children. She is extremely excited to be working with CCBT to gain both life and job experience and to help children reach their full potential. Katy feels she is her best self when she works with children and finds her fulfillment in doing so. In the future, Katy plans to work as a teacher and obtain a master's degree as either an Intervention Specialist (K-12) or a School Counselor, depending on where she feels lead, while also building her own family. In her spare time, Katy enjoys hiking, playing video games, embroidery, baking, volunteering with her church, and spending time with friends and family.
